Return Policy
Return of Non-Defective Goods.
Customers may return items purchased online for a refund subject to the following conditions:
Return of Defective Goods
Each piece at Fabrique en Argile is hand made and carefully inspected before it is packaged. We will replace defective goods upon inspection and at our discretion. We are responsible for shipping costs back to Fabrique en Argile; however, we do not accept COD shipments, they will be refused.
We will pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement goods from Fabrique en Argile to your address for defective items.
If your shipment is charged duty or customs fees, these will be deducted from any refund. Returns from the US should be shipped via USPS.
In the case of any other exchanges the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping fees.
For international customers, please check with your postal authority for the correct way to return goods so that you are not charged duty at the border.
Items Damaged in Shipping:
We are not liable for damages when the shipment is with the carrier.
If goods have been damaged in transit, we will open a case with the carrier. Please photograph the damage. Keep packing materials and broken pieces.

- Return notification must be requested within 7 days of receiving goods.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping to Fabrique en Argile.
- Customers will receive a refund for the price of goods and taxes only - shipping is non-refundable.
- Goods must be in original condition unwashed and unused, and ready for resale.
- We will not pay for duties or related shipping costs.
